from the archives of the Army of Three, a group of abortion rights activists in the 1960s and 70s.
The Army of Three answered thousands of letters and circulated information about doctors that would perform illegal and safe abortions. Many of these letters have been hand-copied by artist Andrea Bowers. They are currently on display at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis.
